January 2009 - Powderhorn Park Strategic Visioning

As the Treasurer of the Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association, Morgan Zehner is leading a strategic visioning process for the Board of Directors. Morgan wrote the Request for Proposals for visioning, facilitation and organizational assessment services, and will oversee the final consulting contract. The strategic visioning process will consist of director interviews and a formal, group visioning session. The final deliverable to the Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association will be a comprehensive organizational assessment document, including recommendations for moving the PPNA vision for the community forward.
