July 2008 – New Mexico Main Street

Zehner Consulting made a summer visit to the State of Enchantment to learn about the programs and procedures of the New Mexico State-wide Main Street Program, one of the nation’s most successful. Zehner Consulting was particularly interested in small business entrepreneurial development related to tourism, arts and culture as well as community economic development in rural communities and on Indian reservations. And wow! It was quite a trip. I can’t wait to go back!
