March 2011 - Clean City Powderhorn

In partnership with active residents and commercial property owners in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Morgan is applying for Clean City funding from the City of Minneapolis to have murals painted and landscaped trellises installed on graffiti plagued commercial properties on the 3200 block of Bloomington Avenue. Clean City Minneapolis is the city-wide program responsible for devising innovative solutions to eradicating graffiti and eliminating litter from the streets and public spaces in the wonderful City of Minneapolis.
