Halligan Projects is a catch-all phrase for the ventures led and developed by Rob Halligan. Currently based in Washington, DC, Rob has many years of experience in developing and managing small businesses and not-for-profit organizations, many of which are related to technology. He is also a seasoned civic activist and is very passionate about improving the services of government and the communities where we live.
