Joe Urban is the internet pseudonym of Sam Newburg. Sam is a dedicated urbanist living, breathing and writing in Minneapolis. He has filled many leadership positions in the planning and real estate community in the Twin Cities and his essays are frequently published nationally by the Urban Land Institute and American Planning Association.
